Laura Serra’s illustration and imagination grace the cover of this first issue of Funkyum, with the delightfully persistent “Mr. Owly van de Stüf”. This bird means business.

Laura says, “I started drawing letters at the sweet age of 2 and can’t stop since then. After apprenticeships in media design and graphic design I decided to live my life in Berlin as a graphic designer, translator and illustrator.”
